Our Focus
Serve Kenya exists to glorify God by cultivating, equipping, and mobilizing Christian leaders.
Our ministry is about people, not programs. We don’t exist to run people’s lives through activities; instead, we cultivate their spiritual well-being, equipping them to use tools like the Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP) to study Scripture, grow in Christlikeness, and lead effectively.
Our Approach

Cultivate – We nurture the spiritual lives of Christian leaders to present each person complete in Christ.
Equip – We train the minds and lives of leaders to build up the Body of Christ.
Mobilize – We release leaders into ministry so they can make disciples of all nations.
Serve Kenya emphasizes life-on-life discipleship, building relationships that strengthen leaders. We also mobilize long-term missionaries who learn local languages and cultures, creating the trust and credibility needed for effective ministry. Alongside them, we equip and mobilize local disciples to impact their communities.
